Global Brand & General Business FAQ

What is your primary automation assembly machinery and injection mold focus?

We custom-engineer high-efficiency automated assembly lines and matching injection mold tools for multi-part daily chemical closures including trigger sprayers, lotion pumps, mist sprayers, mini triggers, foam pumps, plastic caps, and plastic droppers.

What are your capabilities regarding new product R&D?

Songrock operates an expert-led industrial development and mechanical design department that creates custom machinery layouts and tool geometries around capacity targets and product requests.

How do you handle machine testing and quality inspections?

We run custom tooling on in-house injection molding machinery, transfer freshly molded components onto the automated assembly line, and verify machine-part matching before shipment.

What is the typical production and delivery lead time?

The standard production cycle is about 3 months from technical sign-off, with exact timing depending on project complexity and factory schedule.

Automated Machinery Technical FAQ

Are you a trading broker or an independent manufacturing factory?

We are an integrated industrial and trade manufacturer with our own production plants, controlling raw materials, design, machining, molding, and final machinery assembly.

How do we initiate an automated machinery order?

Provide clear photos and dimensions of the parts you need to assemble. Songrock will issue a technical information sheet, then confirm quote, layout, and delivery timeline.

What is your minimum order quantity?

The MOQ is 1 complete machine or automated production line. Custom molds can also be bundled with machinery as an integrated package.

Do you provide on-site installation?

Yes. Field engineers can support installation and commissioning. The purchasing client covers flights, local lodging, meals, and standard field labor subsidies.

Precision Injection Mold Tooling FAQ

What information do you need for a mold quote?

Please provide 3D design files such as STP, IGS, or X_T, along with annual production quantities so we can recommend the optimal cavity count.

Do you accept OEM production?

Yes. Songrock builds custom injection tools and plastic components to match proprietary designs under OEM contract manufacturing arrangements.

Can you help if I only have a new concept?

Yes. We assess technical feasibility, resin options, mold layouts, and tooling configurations to optimize cost and production stability.

What mold configuration is best?

Single-cavity tools suit lower annual volumes, while 2, 4, 8, or 16-cavity molds support higher-volume mass production. We recommend the most economical setup after reviewing your forecast.
